Wood Panel Philippines successfully completed the interior fit-out of Ms. Jaysper Asuncion’s condo unit at Pine Suites, Tagaytay City. The project was designed to create a warm, modern, and relaxing living space that complements Tagaytay’s serene environment while providing comfort and functionality for everyday living and weekend stays.

Purpose & Design Concept

The primary goal of the project was to enhance the condo unit into a cozy and refined retreat, balancing aesthetic appeal with practical use. The design approach focused on clean layouts, natural textures, and a cohesive color palette to achieve a calm and inviting ambiance. Thoughtful space planning ensured efficient movement, ample storage, and a visually open feel within the unit.

Wood Paneling & SPC Flooring

High-quality wood paneling was installed to add depth, warmth, and character to the interior, serving as a key design feature that elevates the overall atmosphere of the space. For the flooring, premium SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring was selected for its durability, stability, and resistance to moisture making it ideal for a condo unit in a cool and humid climate like Tagaytay. The SPC flooring also provides a refined wood-look finish that enhances both comfort and style.

Modular Cabinets

Modular cabinets were custom-designed to maximize storage while maintaining a clean and modern appearance. Made from high-quality materials, the cabinetry offers durability, smooth operation, and efficient organization. The design seamlessly integrates with the wood paneling and flooring, creating a cohesive and well-balanced interior.
